Promote innovative technologies and energy-efficient solutions to meet client needs and sustainability goals.
Sales Execution & Technical Support
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to consultants, developers, and owners.
Prepare, review, and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts to ensure profitability and compliance with policies.
Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure compliance, smooth project execution, and timely delivery of customised solutions.
Marketing & Communication
Contribute to the development of marketing tools and content, including website updates, social media, brochures, datasheets, and specification sheets.
Communicate all relevant information and insights to management in a timely and structured manner.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking platforms to strengthen brand visibility and partnerships.
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute sales plans and forecasts, aligned with company goals.
Manage the sales budget and revenue forecasting for the team.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and mentor sales teams, set targets, monitor KPIs, and provide regular performance reports.
Develop and implement training programs to improve the team's technical knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
Stakeholder Engagement
Attend client and project meetings to support sales and project alignment.
Ensure cross-functional collaboration with engineering and service teams for project success.
Requirements
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3-5 years of regional experience in technical sales, selling products and/or solutions in the HVAC & Ref industry
Strong regional knowledge of HVAC standards and energy efficiency practices.
Proficient in HVAC design software.
Highly interested in the commercial element of engineering while being technically adept.
