Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for and pursue opportunities across the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of leads through cold outreach, social media engagement, networking, referrals, and site visits.
  • Engage and develop new business with developers, EPCs, consultants, B2B clients and utilities.
  • Analyse tender documents and project specifications to develop accurate cost estimates for photovoltaic systems.
  • Source and evaluate quotations from partners and suppliers to ensure cost competitiveness and alignment with project budgets.
  • Perform cost analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing project costs and maintaining budget discipline.
  • Support project teams in managing timelines, budgets, and invoicing processes to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor cost performance of awarded projects to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Demonstrate initiative and a collaborative mindset to support team goals and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects in the construction or electrical industry
  • Ability to interpret electrical technical drawings
  • Growth mindset and winning mentality.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Results-oriented and revenue-driven professional
