Drive sales performance to achieve sales targets (AOP) across assigned and new accounts, solutions, products ( ie. electronics assembly products ) and services
Manage and work closely with stakeholders in assigned countries to achieve sales growth, market share and margins.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.
Work closely with relevant stakeholders (ie. customers, principals, vendors, etc.) to enhance customer experience and optimize sales efforts.
Conduct evaluation for system, parts and materials with customers
Possess drive, initiative and attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured
Ensure the consistent implementation of company strategies, policies, tools, and processes at the local level in alignment with global standards.
Contribute to building the company's market awareness and leadership position through customer-centric and strategic engagement.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)
Minimum 2 years technical sales experience, preferably capital equipment sales to Electronics and Semiconductor industries
Possess good presentation, negotiation, planning and coordination skills
Candidate who possess a valid class 3 license with own vehicle will have added advantage
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and in a team environment
