Job Summary

In this role, you will engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored fire protection solutions. You will lead product demonstrations, provide technical support throughout the sales lifecycle, and collaborate with R&D teams to align products with market demands, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to assess and analyze their technical needs, delivering customized fire protection solutions that meet those requirements
  • Conduct live product demonstrations and detailed presentations to effectively showcase product features and benefits to diverse audiences
  • Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure client satisfaction and successful product implementation
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to communicate market feedback and contribute to product enhancements that address customer needs
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring timely delivery and client relationship management
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, accessible language to facilitate informed decision-making by non-technical customers
  • Diagnose client challenges and develop effective solutions to overcome technical and operational obstacles
  • Maintain a strong customer service orientation by proactively addressing client concerns and fostering long-term partnerships
