Sales Engineer (Components)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships across ASEAN countries and Bangladesh.

• Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Identify new markets and expand the regional customer base.

• Generate leads and manage channels, including distributors and partners.

• Engage in technical and commercial discussions with customers alongside engineering teams.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in sales within HVAC, data centers, or related industries.

• Proven track record in sales and managing the full sales cycle.

• Knowledge of AC drives is an advantage.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.

• Willingness to travel within ASEAN and Bangladesh (approximately 20%).
