Job Description

Responsibilities

Review Utility Data Sheets (UDS) and Hookup Matrices.
Conduct site walkdowns and recommend material specifications and routing.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
Develop business opportunities within semiconductor, OSAT, and biotech industries.
Manage relationships with fab facilities and global OEMs.
Coordinate project handovers with BIM/CAD teams.
Negotiate scope variations and monitor new fab expansion projects.
Ensure compliance with ISO 14644 cleanroom standards and EHS requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering.
Minimum 2 years experience in semiconductor, UHP piping, or cleanroom utility projects.
Knowledge of UHP gas systems, P&IDs, SEMI standards, and ISO cleanroom requirements.
Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM Viewer, and MS Excel.
