Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and technically adept Sales Engineer to drive growth in our chiller solutions business. This role focuses on delivering large, complex, solution-based offerings by articulating strong value propositions at a system level. You will play a critical role in building strategic relationships across the value chain-owners, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams-while balancing customer needs with commercial objectives.

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

  • Technical Sales & Presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and customized proposals to clients.

  • Customer Advisory: Provide technical consultation and support, addressing customer needs and recommending optimal chiller solutions.

  • Solution Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and technical teams to design and deliver tailored system solutions.

  • End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to closing deals.

  • Contract Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate sales contracts in compliance with company policies and client requirements.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent)

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in HVAC / chiller systems sales

  • Individuals with chiller service engineering experience are also welcome to apply.

  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation skills

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric solutions

  • Proven ability to manage complex, solution-based sales cycles

  • Willingness to travel up to 75% regionally (e.g., China, Malaysia, Japan, Hong Kong) for client engagement and factory acceptance testing
