Managed and expanded customer accounts by maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Handled customer enquiries, provided pre-sales technical consultation, prepared quotations, and successfully secured sales orders.
Coordinated with overseas suppliers to ensure timely product availability and customer support.
Delivered technical support and after-sales service to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Prepared monthly sales reports and conducted regular customer visits, including regional travel when required.

Requirements

Experience in technical sales with the ability to develop and manage customer accounts.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Positive working attitude with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
