Sales Engineer (CCTV/AI)

Key Responsibilities

• Design customized CCTV solutions for SEA markets, including camera selection, system architecture, BOM preparation, and technical proposals.

• Conduct product demonstrations and manage POC deployments to showcase AI analytics, edge computing, and system integrations.

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, covering VMS integration, system configuration, troubleshooting, and Edge AI implementation.

• Prepare technical tender documentation and collaborate with consultants and sales teams to position solutions in project specifications.

• Deliver technical training, workshops, and webinars to enhance product knowledge and solution-selling capabilities among partners, distributors, and internal teams.

• Work closely with country sales teams and travel across Southeast Asia for partner engagement, site surveys, technical training, and POC deployments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline.

• Experience working with customers, partners, or projects in Singapore and Southeast Asian markets.

• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs, storage solutions, and networking.

• Understanding of AI video analytics, edge computing, and intelligent surveillance technologies.

• Hands-on experience with VMS platforms such as Milestone, Genetec, Luxriot, or equivalent solutions.

• Ability to prepare system architecture diagrams, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and technical proposals.
