Job Description

Job Summary

Drive business growth in gas detection systems and process instrumentation products. Deliver technical pre-sales support, manage full sales cycles, and maintain strong client and partner relationships to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Develop and establish sales strategies to expand market share.Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations tailored to customer requirements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and sales reports for management review
  • Offer after-sales support by promptly following up and resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Minimum Nitec / Diploma in any Engineering / Business field from any recognised institution are welcomed
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales & administrative roles in engineering industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar in IOT and instrument communication systems will be a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous, organized and great interpersonal skills
  • Transport allowance will be provided for employees with own vehicle
