Job Summary
Drive business growth in gas detection systems and process instrumentation products. Deliver technical pre-sales support, manage full sales cycles, and maintain strong client and partner relationships to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Develop and establish sales strategies to expand market share.Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations tailored to customer requirements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and sales reports for management review
- Offer after-sales support by promptly following up and resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in any Engineering / Business field from any recognised institution are welcomed
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in sales & administrative roles in engineering industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiar in IOT and instrument communication systems will be a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision
- Meticulous, organized and great interpersonal skills
- Transport allowance will be provided for employees with own vehicle
