Job Description
- Serve as the technical expert during sales presentations and product demonstrations, clearly articulating the features and benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, potential obstacles, and integration opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to create tailored proposals and presentations that address each client's specific requirements.
- Provide expert technical support to customers, addressing inquiries related to product implementation, functionality, and advantages.
- Support the sales team in preparing responses to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring technical details are accurately conveyed.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor.
- Attend customer meetings and assist with audit-related matters.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on progress and status.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Solid understanding of telecommunications sales, business development, marketing, and channel sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
