Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Lead Generation
. Identify new leads, develop prospect lists, and conduct outreach to potential clients.
. Support the preparation of quotations, proposals, pre-qualifications, and tender submissions.
. Maintain and update CRM systems, sales reports, and activity logs.
Client Engagement
. Build positive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
. Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
. Assist with resolving client issues in coordination with operations team.
Market & Competitor Research
. Monitor opportunities of upcoming projects and shutdown/turnaround activities.
. Collect and report market intelligence, trends, and competitor activity.
Internal Coordination
. Liaise with operation team to ensure accurate proposals and timely service delivery.
. Support marketing initiatives such as digital campaigns, brochures, and events.
Requirements
. Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
. 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support (preferably O&G or engineering).
. Basic understanding of inspection services is an advantage.
. Strong communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and willingness to learn.
. Fresh graduates with strong interest in O&G business development are welcome.
. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
