As a Sales Engineer, you'll undergo world-class training and develop deep technical expertise while building strong consultative relationships with customers across industries. What You'll Do
- Comprehensive Training: Begin your journey with 3-6 months of paid training to master our products, applications, and consultative sales approach.
- Consultative Sales: Partner with customers to understand their needs, solve real-world challenges, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Territory Management: Spend 3 days a week visiting clients on-site, and 2 days in the office strategizing and planning.
- Drive Growth: Secure new customers, implement product launches, and expand market share in your assigned territory.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at seminars, trade shows, and customer events.
- Autonomy & Impact: Manage your day-to-day activities with independence while contributing to the team's strategic success.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Strong interest in technology, manufacturing environments, and problem-solving.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative skills.
- Driven, goal-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time (including occasional overnight trips).
- Class 3 driving license (preferred).
