Job Description

Company Overview / Employee Value Proposition

At Alstern Technologies, we don't just solve engineering challenges-we conquer them. Founded in 2004, we have built a reputation for tackling high-risk, high-complexity projects that others shy away from. From precision engineering solutions to complex construction projects, our expertise is sought after by industry leaders who demand nothing less than excellence.

With a presence in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Myanmar, and strategic partnerships across the Middle East and Asia, we are redefining the industry with cutting-edge technology, sustainability-driven solutions, and an unyielding commitment to quality. We don't overpromise-we deliver as promised, every time. That's why at Alstern, we fight the Broken Promise culture that plagues the Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) sector.

  • Relentless Excellence: We don't believe in shortcuts-only top-tier engineering solutions backed by expertise and cutting-edge technology.
  • Collaboration Over Individualism: Our teams operate in sync, ensuring seamless execution from blueprint to build.
  • Commitment to Delivery: There's no room for compromise-our reputation is built on meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Safety & Sustainability First: No project is worth more than the well-being of our people and the environment.

We thrive in a structured, performance-driven environment, where clarity of direction, discipline, and results take precedence over ambiguity and debate. If you value a workplace where expectations are clear, excellence is non-negotiable, and results matter more than rhetoric, you'll fit right in.

Who We're Looking For

  • As we gear for pivotal growth, we're seeking exceptional individuals to join our journey. Here's what defines you: you see challenges as opportunities for innovation, with an instinct to think beyond traditional boundaries. Flexibility comes second nature to you, enabling you to navigate ambiguity with ease and adapt to rapid change. Calculated risk-taking excites you, not hinders you. You approach your work with an entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership and initiative and going above and beyond. Yet you thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering open communication, sharing ideas, and leveraging the collective expertise to achieve common goals.
