Job Summary

Lead and manage sales and marketing teams to drive business growth in robotics and automation projects. Deliver technical pre-sales support, manage full sales cycles, and maintain strong client and partner relationships to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve financial and growth targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure to achieve sales targets
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and on-site support for robotic and automation projects
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations tailored to customer requirements
  • Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and performance reports for management review
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
  • Offer after-sales support by promptly following up and resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with management to review sales performance, provide project updates, and implement sales strategies
  • Continuously enhance technical knowledge to introduce innovative and value-added solutions to clients
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical sales, preferably in the manufacturing engineering industry
  • Valid Class 3 or Class 3A driving license and own vehicle

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Sales experience in robotics, automation, or industrial solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and perform under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
