Job Description

Sales Representative (ACMV & Electrical Services)

Location: Islandwide (Field Sales Role) | Must Own Transport: Car/Motorcycle Required
Employment Type: [Full-time/Part-time/Commission-based]

Salary Package (SGD)

1. Base Salary:
. SGD 2,500 - SGD 3,500/month

Junior (1-3 yrs): SGD 2.4k-3k
.Senior (3+ yrs in ACM/Electrical): SGD 2.5k-3.5k.

2. Commission (Uncapped):
. 2-6% per deal

Standard projects: 2-4%
.AMC/Large contracts: 4-6%.
. Example: Close SGD 80k/month Earn SGD 1.6k-4.8k extra

3. Total Earnings (OTE):
. SGD 4k-7k/month (top performers)

4. Benefits:
Transport allowance: SGD 400-500/month (fuel/tolls)
Phone allowance: SGD 50-80/month
Performance bonus
CPF contributions

Key Requirements:

Own transport mandatory (for daily client visits)
2+ years sales experience (ACMV/electrical preferred)
Proven track record in B2B technical sales
Singaporean/PR only (due to client site requirements)
