Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provides strategic and operational support to the Sales Team across regions and/or countries, on multiple initiatives and activities in :
- Sales Operations involving sales analytics, sales processes governance and sales tool adoption
- Sales Enablement involving coaching Sales behaviour change by leveraging data and AI-tools
- Conducts insightful analysis of customer purchasing patterns and Sales behaviour that is aligned with revenue generation
- Collaborates closely with the Sales Team to implement strategic initiatives, communicate execution plans, and report performance progress, fostering alignment across the organization and enhancing customer engagement.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with internal stakeholders and across all organizational levels to ensure successful execution of account strategies and support business objectives.
- Proactively explore opportunities to optimize and improve work processes by leveraging Gen AI and collaborating with others to enable process simplification and automation.
Required Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- With more than 10 years of relevant experiences , preferably in Commercial operations of specialty chemicals industry.
- With Sales Support and Data Analytics experiences and knowledge of ERP systems SAP, CRM Salesforce
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
- Proficient project management and change management know-how.
- Digital Fluency such as Low Code, Power BI and Power Automate.
- Ability to converse in foreign languages of Mandarin or Japanese will be an added plus.
