Job Description

Proposal & Product Design Intern (Sales Enablement)

Company: BlackFrost Pte Ltd
Location: Singapore
Type: Internship (preferably full-time, 3-6 months) with conversion in mind.
Allowance: SGD 1000 / month]

About BlackFrost

BlackFrost is a Singapore-based AI Innovations Partner Firm that designs and delivers tailored AI solutions around real client workflows and data. We bridge the gap between AI readiness and business impact by implementing custom AI assistants (including our in-house assistant, Elsa) and lightweight workflow tools built to solve specific operational bottlenecks, not generic one-size-fits-all products.

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, quick-thinking, client-oriented intern to support the Sales and Consultancy team with proposal decks, wireframes, collaboration stories, and request tracking.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is comfortable speaking with clients, and can help shape solutions by spotting gaps, clarifying requirements, and proposing sensible next steps.

What You'll Do

Under the guidance of the CEO and team, you will:

  1. Proposal & Pitch Deck Creation (Primary)

  • Create proposal decks, pitch decks, and scope slides based on client requirements and discovery notes

  • Translate meeting notes into clear: problem statement, solution approach, scope, timeline, assumptions, and next steps

  • Build clean visuals (simple diagrams, flows, tables) and maintain a reusable slide library

  1. Rough UI/UX Wireframing

  • Produce low-to-mid fidelity wireframes for client tools (dashboards, admin pages, workflows)

  • Create basic user flows to help engineers and clients align early

  • Preferably use Figma (or similar)

  1. Writing (Blogs / Case Studies / Collaboration Stories)

  • Write short, clear posts about past client collaborations (problem approach outcome)

  • Turn internal notes into publishable content while respecting confidentiality

  • Help refine copy for website/LinkedIn when needed

  1. Client Request & Change Tracking

  • Track client requests, changes, decisions, and open questions in a structured way

  • Support follow-ups: recap notes, action items, and what changed since last call summaries

  • Help ensure nothing slips through during fast-moving projects

Your scope of duties may be reasonably varied or expanded from time to time by your supervisor in line with the needs of the Company and client requirements.

What You'll Learn

  • How real AI projects are sold: discovery proposal solution framing demos

  • How to craft consulting-grade decks that are clear, persuasive, and structured

  • How to translate workflows into wireframes that engineers can build

  • How to work across sales + delivery to keep client expectations aligned

  • Exposure to AI use cases across industries (automation, assistants, document workflows, dashboards)

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's degree (Business, Design, CS, IS, Communications, or related)

  • Strong skills in PowerPoint / Google Slides (storytelling + clean structure)

  • Comfortable with basic wireframing (Figma preferred or any equivalent tool)

  • Strong writing skills: can write clearly, simply, and confidently

  • High attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and good organization habits

  • Fast learner who can grasp context quickly and ask smart questions

  • Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team and occasionally supporting client-facing prep

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Figma (preferred) or an equivalent wireframing tool

  • Basic familiarity with AI/LLM concepts (so you can write/structure proposals faster)

  • Basic visual design sense (layout, spacing, icons)

  • Experience writing for LinkedIn/marketing or doing simple case studies

  • Bonus: video editing for simple product/demo clips
