Coordinating with business analytics and internal experts to find relevant data which can be embedded within sales content.
Creating content for internal distribution around press releases, new technology releases or product launches
Creating content before and after industry events to help drive sales engagement.
Sales Operations
Assisting with the tracking of sales opportunities and streamlining of the sales lifecycle within the CRM.
Creating, monitoring and tracking sales campaigns.
Analysis of existing client performance.
Events Management
Plan, prepare, organise, control, track results and evaluate APAC digital and in-person events, specifically trade shows to drive company and marketing objective
Work cross functionally with the sales teams, key executives, partnerships and communications on key marketing events
Support work and align with global marketing team to plan event from the sales briefing to invoice according to requirements, target audience and objectives for APAC region
Provide input to ensure events are integrated thoughtfully into marketing messaging and campaigns
Prepare project timelines and ensure strict adherence
Make sure the company gets the best possibility to present itself and all products at conferences and propose suggestions to enhance the event's success
Measure, analyze and report on strategic effectiveness and return on investment for event programs
General Marketing
Implement integrated marketing programs and collaborate with local and overseas resources to ensure delivery of the marketing plan in APAC
Participate in the preparation of the APAC marketing plan
Create company presentations and participate in designing company brochures
Manage, implement and monitor all marketing measures
Skills & Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study
Significant experience in integrated B2B marketing
Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player and creative
Good financial Markets and industry knowledge
2 - 5 years experience in developing content-based, client-centric and sales supporting marketing campaigns, including the ability to help originate content and/or adapt content for local industry relevance are key skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills to oversee production workflow, timelines and schedules: ability to manage priorities against tight deadlines
