Job Description

. Responsible for the entire sales cycle.

. Actively generating new leads and develop new business opportunities.

. Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings with clients

. Enjoy interacting and communicating with people, maintain good rapport with existing clients

. Follow-up on leads and sales inquires

. Closing sales and driven to achieve monthly sales target.

. Providing information about services/sales/discounts to businesses/organizations

. Handling customer issues

. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.

. Manage and grow individual sales pipeline

. Follow-up on leads and sales inquires.

. Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings with clients

. Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
