Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed agreed monthly and annual sales targets

  • Provide professional consultation to customers on upright, grand, and digital pianos

  • Understand customers musical background, goals, and budget to recommend suitable instruments

  • Deliver a customer-oriented buying experience from first enquiry to after-sales follow-up

  • Handle customer objections and concerns with strong problem-solving skills

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, teachers, and institutions

  • Coordinate with technical team for delivery, tuning, and after-sales service

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to improve sales strategies

  • Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge updates

Requirements

  • Proven experience in musical instrument sales (piano sales preferred)

  • Deep knowledge of piano construction, tone characteristics, brands, and market positioning

  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and consultative selling

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with high service standards

  • Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills

  • Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willing to work weekends and public holidays (retail environment)
