Coordinate with technical team for delivery, tuning, and after-sales service
Monitor market trends and competitors to improve sales strategies
Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge updates
Proven experience in musical instrument sales (piano sales preferred)
Deep knowledge of piano construction, tone characteristics, brands, and market positioning
Strong understanding of customer psychology and consultative selling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with high service standards
Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willing to work weekends and public holidays (retail environment)
