About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Sales Leader – Data & Analytics to drive growth in the India market. This role is ideal for a hunter mindset professional who can open new accounts, engage with CXOs, and close strategic large deals.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle (prospecting → deal closure → account expansion)
  • Drive revenue growth for Xebia's Data & Analytics portfolio
  • CXO Engagement
  • Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and Heads of Data/Analytics
  • Position Xebia as a strategic transformation partner
  • Solution Selling
  • Sell cutting-edge solutions across:
  • AI/ML & GenAI
  • Business Intelligence & Visualization
  • Data Platforms & Modernization
  • Cloud Data Ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.)
  • Industry Focus
  • Drive sales across key domains: BFSI, Retail, Travel, Healthcare, Digital Natives
  • Pipeline & Deal Management
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline with consistent deal flow
  • Close large enterprise deals ($250K – $2M+)

Qualifications

  • 8–15 years of experience in IT / Data / Analytics sales (India market mandatory)
  • Proven track record of closing mid to large enterprise deals ($250K–$2M+)

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in selling cloud-led data solutions, including:
  • Snowflake, Databricks
  • BI / Analytics platforms
  • AI/ML ecosystems
  • Strong hunter mindset with new logo acquisition success
  • Exceptional stakeholder and C-suite communication skills
  • Experience working with consulting or digital services firms preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in selling high-value, strategic enterprise programs
