About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead and drive regional sales and marketing initiatives across Asia. This role is responsible for developing market strategies, expanding key accounts, strengthening distributor networks, and aligning regional execution with global business objectives.

The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role in accelerating revenue growth, enhancing brand presence, and building high-performing regional sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across Asia.
  • Lead, coach, and manage country sales teams, distributors, and key partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, strategic alliances, and emerging markets.
  • Drive key account management, including negotiation of major contracts and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with HQ and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance).
  • Oversee regional sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution across countries.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10-15 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role covering Asia.
Proven track record in driving B2B sales growth across multiple Asian markets.
Strong experience managing multicultural teams and distributor networks.
Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the Asia region.
Proficiency in English is required additional Asian languages are an advantage.
