Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Director based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on select occasions. The Sales Director will lead sales operations, drive business development, and devise strategies to achieve company growth targets. Key responsibilities include managing sales teams, maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing sales activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • M5, M9, M9A certificate
  • Singapore Citizen or SPR only
  • Experience in managing and leading high-performing teams, with excellent Team Management skills.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically, drive results, and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimal local diploma
  • Experience in the financial services in insurance or banking is a plus.
