- Cultivate and maintain lasting relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention
- Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives aligned with business goals
- Draft detailed and accurate sales reports to inform decision-making and track performance
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly
- Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand dynamics to determine optimal selling prices
- Estimate sales volume and profit margins for existing and new products to support forecasting
- Establish and deliver a sales training program to onboard and develop new employees
- Collaborate with sales managers to evaluate company performance and identify improvement opportunities
