Sales Director

We are working with a leading global digital assets firm seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional to join their expanding Singapore office. This is a key front-office role focused on driving growth across APAC by deepening relationships with institutional clients and unlocking new revenue opportunities.

You'll be joining a high-performing team at a pivotal moment of growth. The business is scaling rapidly across trading, liquidity solutions, and infrastructure and APAC is one of their highest-priority markets. This is a chance to influence strategy, own key accounts, and play a major role in the firm's continued expansion.

Role Overview:

• Build and grow relationships with hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, HFTs, market makers, and crypto-native institutions
• Drive new business across the firm's trading, liquidity, and technology solutions
• Run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Partner closely with Trading, Product and BD teams to deliver tailored client solutions
• Represent the firm at key industry events and conferences across the region

What We're Looking For

• 510+ years experience in institutional sales within crypto, digital assets, FX, derivatives, or electronic trading
• Strong network across APAC's institutional and crypto-native ecosystem
• Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition
• Deep understanding of crypto markets, trading workflows, and liquidity structures
• Confident communicator with a consultative, solutions-led sales style
