Role: Sales Director (Mid Market)
Location: Singapore
We are partnering with a leading IT Services firm who is looking for a hands-on Sales Director to drive revenue growth in the mid market segment. This is a hunter role focused on winning new logos, closing large deals, and building long term C-level relationships.
Responsibilities
- Build and close a strong pipeline of new mid-market clients
- Engage CXOs with a consultative, solution-selling approach
- Lead large, complex deal cycles, from qualification to contract closure
- Work with internal solution, delivery, and partner teams
- Drive sales growth in Singapore, with expansion into Southeast Asia
Requirements
- 10+ years of IT services sales experience in Singapore
- Strong background in IT systems integration, managed services, or software & services
- Proven hunter with experience opening new strategic accounts
- Established C-level relationships in the mid-market segment
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong in experience working with major System Integrators.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
