Sales Director - Institutional Crypto Trading

A well-regarded digital asset trading firm, backed by deep market expertise and a global presence, is hiring a Sales Director personto into their global sales team. The firm provides institutional and HNW clients with a full suite of crypto derivatives, OTC trading, and liquidity solutions, bridging the gap between traditional finance and digital assets.

In this hunter role, you'll take ownership of expanding the institutional and HNW client base in APAC. This includes identifying and acquiring new clients, deepening relationships with existing ones, and delivering bespoke solutions across spot trading, vanilla and exotic options, and structured products. You'll lead client conversations, deliver product presentations, and be the primary point of contact for clients navigating the firm's suite of offerings.

We're looking for candidates with 5-8 years of experience in financial marketswhether in trading, sales or account management. Someone currently working with crypto clients, or have a book ready for crypto exposure would be key for this role.
