About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Director/Senior Sales Director for managing & delivering revenue growth in the Banking, and Financial Services Sector (including new age digital banks and FinTech companies). The successful candidate will be a hands-on hunter, win new logos, and win deals.

The responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve the financial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong pipeline of deals, drive them to win –new clients
  • Consultative Engagement with CXOs of target clients
  • Pursue to win large deals, manage CXO relationships and have customer stickiness
  • Work with internal solution, delivery teams in driving deals across the sales cycle – qualification, proposal, working with partners, client presentation, pricing, contract negotiation et al
  • Understand ICompaz solutions and services to provide appropriate solutions to the clients in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitability
  • Develops and expands portfolio of clients
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Present, promote and sell services using solid sales plans to existing and prospective customers
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Initially the focus with be Singapore and then expand to Southeast Asia

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years professional sales work experience within IT Services in Singapore
  • Mandatory experience with either IT systems integration, managed services or software and services
  • Solution selling experience as opposed to just transactional goods and services
  • Hungry, motivated and self-driven
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience of working with System Integrators like Accenture, Cognizant, Cap Gemini and similar companies in banking and financial services sector
  • Should have existing C level relationships that can be leveraged for opening new accounts
  • Hunting experience
  • Ability to open new strategic accounts
  • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Business degree or equivalent
