Overview
Major Global FSI Consulting / research & analytics company is hiring a Sales Director to drive new logo acquisition across Wealth Management and Buy-Side clients in APAC. You'll sell a research and analytics platform for Financial Services, engaging senior stakeholders at COO/CFO level and leadership across Technology and Operations.
Deal size: USD $100K$300K (average)
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end new business sales (prospecting to close)
- Build senior relationships with COOs, CFOs, Heads of Ops, and Tech leaders
- Run discovery, value-based selling, and commercial negotiations
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting
- Represent the business at key FS events and executive forums
Requirements
- Proven track record as a hunter selling into Financial Services
- Strong network / relationships at COO/CFO and senior Ops/Tech level
- Experience selling complex solutions (research, analytics, data, SaaS, or similar)
- Comfortable with multi-stakeholder sales cycles and enterprise deal processes
- Self-starter with high activity levels and strong closing ability
Compensation
- Base: SGD $180K$200K
- OTE: Uncapped / high upside
- Regional travel as required
