  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments for high-tech products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Prepare kitchen layout proposals, material selections, and quotation packages.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and technical teams to support product launches and promotions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
  • Meet with clients to understand renovation requirements, design preferences, and budget

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in high-tech or technology products.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and high-value accounts.
  • Willingness to travel for business when required.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Attention to detail and good design sense.
  • Able to be on standby 24 hours when required.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Required to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary.
