Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's sales and business development strategy
Identify and secure new residential, commercial, and corporate interior design opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, agents, designers, contractors, and corporate clients
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing
Set sales targets, manage pipeline performance, and deliver revenue growth
Recruit, lead, and mentor the sales team where required
Work closely with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are properly translated into proposals and project delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to refine go-to-market strategy
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and management updates
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior sales, business development, or commercial leadership role
Prior experience in interior design, renovation, fit-out, construction materials, furniture, or related industries preferred
Strong network in Singapore's property, renovation, or design ecosystem is an advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Strong leadership, planning, and execution ability
Independent, target-driven, and commercially minded
Ability to lead from the front and build business from the ground up
