Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales growth and market expansion strategies to increase local cutting tool market share in Singapore
  • Manage key client relationships to drive business development and customer retention
  • Oversee P&L management and allocate resources to optimize financial performance
  • Optimize operational processes and inventory levels to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Lead and manage the sales and operations team to achieve business objectives
  • Prepare reports and collaborate effectively with headquarters to align strategies and operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Demonstrated minimum 15 years of sales experience, including at least 10 years in the cutting tool industry
  • Proven minimum 5 years of management experience leading teams or departments
  • Experience working within a global company environment
  • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
