Job Description

Responsibilities:
o The role encompasses relationship management and new business development on key Asian accounts
o Driving expansion of Asian accounts with specific focus on penetration into high value prospective clients
o Engage in targeted sales activates based on market research
Manage and at time lead RFI/ RFP and Pre-Sales processes, often bringing together a diverse and globally disparate group of internal and external stakeholders
o Work with key stakeholders to define consulting services, including the development of project/resource plans in conjunction with the key project stakeholders and clients
o Partnering with the SAM organisation and practices to develop and implement business plans to achieve targets in line with the DXC/Luxoft global business strategy
o Monitor and manage sales progress against the plan and take appropriate action where necessary
o Engage with the overall Sales organisation globally by discussing new ideas, methods and industry trends
o Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light

Mandatory Skills Description:o 10-15 years total experience in IT services sales or business development
o Strong Banking & Capital Markets domain knowledge (Investment Banking preferred)
o Proven experience managing and responding to RFP / RFI processes
o Broad exposure to application development and engineering services sales
o Experience or familiarity with Capital Markets platforms (Murex, Calypso, Finastra etc)
o Strong consultative and solution-selling approach
o Ability to balance farming and hunting activities (approx. 50/50)
o Wide and active banking network
o High energy, strong ownership mindset, proactive and self-driven.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:o Sales of Financial Services solutions & utilities offerings (SAAS, PAAS, XAAS)
o Understanding and interest in Data and AI
