Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Braze is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive our Enterprise business across Asia. This is a strategic SaaS leadership role responsible for driving the next phase of enterprise growth, performance acceleration, and operational excellence across a diverse, multi-market region.

You will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on delivering high-value enterprise engagements for Braze's market-leading Customer Engagement platform. This role requires a leader who combines strong commercial instincts with disciplined execution, enterprise deal strategy expertise, and a passion for developing high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of deep experience leading enterprise sales teams in high-growth, competitive environments across Asia. You have successfully scaled performance, strengthened operating rigor, and driven measurable acceleration in complex markets. You understand the nuances of selling into large regional enterprises and conglomerates, and you are comfortable engaging C-level stakeholders across industries.

This role requires urgency, accountability, and a commitment to raising the bar, while building an inclusive, high-performance culture across diverse markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and elevate a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives across Asia
  • Establish operational rigor and drive execution against ambitious Financial Year revenue objectives, accelerating both net-new acquisition and expansion within strategic accounts
  • Strengthen enterprise deal strategy, including multi-threading, executive engagement, and value-based selling in complex 6-7 figure opportunities
  • Coach with intensity and purpose, raising performance standards while developing future leaders within the organization
  • Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams including SolCon, BDR, Marketing, Partnerships, Value Engineering and Executives to ensure the successful execution of the FY plan and represent a clear, single vision to customers and the marketplace
  • Represent Braze in customer, partner, and industry forums as a trusted enterprise advisor
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Be a proactive voice within our APAC and global sales leadership team

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of experience successfully leading quota-carrying Enterprise Account Executives in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • A proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and driving measurable performance improvement across teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading diverse, multi-cultural team across multiple Asian markets
  • Expertise in complex enterprise sales cycles, including large deal negotiation, executive alignment, and long-term account expansion
  • A strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing sales people
  • A proven ability to build connections with Executives, industry subject matter experts and various customer profiles
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally across regional and global stakeholders
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and executive presence
  • Prior experience in Marketing Technology or related enterprise SaaS categories is highly preferred
