Role Description
We are seeking a driven and polished Sales professional to spearhead direct client acquisition for Elyx. This individual will excel at engaging UHNWIs through structured outreach, lead conversion, and disciplined follow-up. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and proven ability to sell high-value services in a luxury, relationship-driven context.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Outreach
- Execute proactive outreach campaigns to target UHNWIs and senior decision-makers.
- Manage cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, direct introductions) with precision and discretion.
- Qualify prospects, assess fit, and convert them into Elyx members.
Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Follow up diligently on leads generated through Elyx-hosted or partner events, ensuring seamless progression from interest to membership.
- Maintain consistent touchpoints with potential members, leveraging CRM tools to track engagement and conversion.
- Ensure timely responses, personalized communication, and a white-glove sales process.
Sales Conversion
- Deliver compelling presentations and personalized consultations that align Elyx services with client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal, closing, and handover to the concierge team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Engagement
- Represent Elyx at selected events, networking opportunities, and private previews.
- Host and support intimate sessions (tours, consultations, tastings) to drive conversion.
- Continuously build awareness of Elyx within UHNW communities through personal credibility and direct engagement.
Sales Discipline & Reporting
- Maintain meticulous records of outreach, pipelines, and conversion rates.
- Report progress weekly, highlighting opportunities, challenges, and tactics for improvement.
- Contribute to refining Elyx's sales playbook and outreach strategy.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of sales with UHNW or luxury clientele (wealth management, private clubs, luxury hospitality, high-end wellness, or similar).
- Comfort withcold outreachand structured follow-up, balanced by discretion and sophistication.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative selling skills.
- Impeccable presence and credibility with discerning clients.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Fluency in English required; other languages (Mandarin, Bahasa etc.) an advantage.
