Job Summary:
Lead global commercial and operational growth across key international markets within the electronic components sector.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute global growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Drive market expansion across ASEAN, India, Europe, and North America.
- Identify business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic investments.
- Strengthen competitive positioning within the electronic components distribution ecosystem.
- Lead the global Sales organisation and develop regional sales strategies and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers.
- Drive business development in highgrowth and strategic markets.
- Ensure effective pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
- Oversee Operations including supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Optimise operational efficiency, cost control, and service levels.
- Strengthen supplier partnerships and ensure supply continuity.
- Maintain robust risk management and compliance across markets.
- Manage companywide P&L performance, revenue growth, margins, and cost optimisation.
- Ensure financial discipline, budgeting accuracy, and efficient capital allocation.
- Report business and operational performance to the Board.
- Build and lead a highperforming leadership team with strong succession planning.
- Foster a performancedriven and customerfocused culture.
- Strengthen collaboration between Sales and Operations.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Manage legal, contractual, and commercial risks across global markets.
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of experience in the electronic components sector, including distribution, manufacturing, or semiconductor-related businesses.
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles with regional or global responsibilities.
- Strong experience in managing international markets across ASEAN, India, Europe, and North America.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and profitability in global environments.
- Extensive experience in P&L ownership and financial leadership.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, and global logistics operations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
