Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director (VP level) to lead business development and drive revenue growth across APAC and other strategic markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies targeting colocation providers, enterprise data centers, and hyperscale operators.
  • Drive new customer acquisition while expanding business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Own and deliver sales targets and revenue growth objectives.

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities across APAC, EMEA, and other strategic regions.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility.

Customer Engagement & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for strategic accounts.
  • Understand customer challenges and translate them into tailored technology solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and close complex enterprise software deals with senior stakeholders including CxOs, VPs, and Directors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Solution teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs and deliver measurable value.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to support product development and innovation.

Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and panel discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, ecosystem players, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, preferably in the data center, energy optimization, or mission-critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience selling complex enterprise or SaaS solutions to C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
  • Strong industry network within colocation providers, enterprise data centers, or hyperscale operators in APAC.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and internationally for customer meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of data center infrastructure, operations, and sustainability trends.
  • Familiarity with Digital Twin technology, AI-driven optimization solutions, or energy management platforms.
  • Experience scaling sales operations in a fast-growing startup environment.
