.Managing and lead your own team of Sales Consultants.
.Managing sales enquiries and understanding clients needs and renovation requests
.Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided
.Providing advice on space planning, design concept, materials selection and project scheduling
.Discuss and propose design to meet client needs and requirements.
.Close sales and prepare renovation contract
.Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure all renovation works are done according to plan and timeline
.Able to Work Independently
.Working terms negotiable
Candidate must be:
.Bilingual : English, Mandarin or Malay
.Self-driven and motivated individual
.Responsible and people-oriented personality
.Great sense of ownership and responsibility
