Job Description

Our client is one of the upcoming AI Engineering and Technology Consulting Organization, present in 35 countries . They are expanding their sales team- and are looking for a Sales Director based in Singapore. This role owns the go-to-market strategy and is accountable for generating net-new pipeline, closing strategic deals, and building long-term executive relationships with enterprise buyers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a scalable new-business strategy across verticals in Singapore to meet revenue targets and profitability goals.
  • Understand customer's business model and generate new pipeline by proactively identifying/creating, qualifying and closing new business opportunities to drive value within large enterprise opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships at both the operating and senior levels of the customer organization (technology, marketing and business).
  • Lead cross-functional pursuit teams (solutions architects, delivery leads, pricing, legal, marketing) to craft compelling proposals, RFP responses and solution demos.
  • Create and iterate account acquisition plays and value propositions tailored to target different industry segments (Finance, Insurance, CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Transportation & Logistics etc.).
  • Build and leverage an ecosystem of partners and alliances to enhance market insights and win rates
  • Ability to influence decisions, approached through strong subject matter expertise, and appropriate positioning of relevant experience
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer workshops.

Qualifications Skills Required - Must Have

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in Cloud Solutions for Enterprises, SaaS consulting and/ or systems integration. Current/ prior IT Services sales experience is a big positive.
  • Senior-level consulting client-facing role or account manager leadership experience
  • Good understanding / connects within the local Singapore market and well-connected in the ASEAN regional ecosystem.
  • Deep knowledge of application development, managed services, data and AI, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and digital transformation.
  • Business development/sales track record in establishing relationships and connects in the CXO organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
