Responsibilities
New Business Growth
Identify and close netnew logo opportunities in both enterprise and publicsector markets across Southeast Asia. Concentrate on Cloud and DataCenter Managed Services, driving revenue through consultative selling and strong competitive positioning.
Strategic Sales Execution
Own the full sales cycle-from qualifying opportunities through proposal, pricing, negotiation, to closure. Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and ensure deals progress on schedule while delivering forecast precision.
Solution Leadership
Serve as the subjectmatter expert for TSystems Asia's Cloud and DataCenter portfolio. Partner with Presales and Solution Architects to craft scalable, secure, and costeffective solutions that meet customer needs.
ValueBased Selling
Communicate compelling value propositions that link technology outcomes to measurable ROI, totalcostofownership optimisation, and business transformation. Apply the MEDDIC framework for disciplined execution and rigorous qualification.
Executive Engagement
Build and nurture relationships with Clevel and senior IT leaders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Infrastructure). Position TSystems Asia as a trusted transformation partner and strategic advisor.
Partner Collaboration
Strengthen joint gotomarket efforts with hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and other key cloud partners such as RISE with SAP. Leverage cosell frameworks to accelerate deal velocity and broaden reach.
Industry Engagement
Drive business development in Healthcare, Smart Cities, Smart Factory, and Hybrid Sovereign DataCenter initiatives. Represent TSystems Asia at regional events, forums, and customer briefings to boost brand visibility and market presence.
Market Intelligence
Stay abreast of market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor positioning. Share insights with portfolio and marketing teams to sustain a competitive edge.
Sales Governance
Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline discipline, and alignment with regional MEDDICbased sales governance and reporting standards.
