Job Description

Role Overview

The Sales & Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for driving company revenue and brand visibility through digital marketing strategies, online lead generation, and sales conversion activities. This role focuses on digital channels, data-driven campaigns, and customer acquisition while supporting overall sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels

  • Manage and improve the company's website, SEO, and SEM performance

  • Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including social media posts, EDMs, landing pages, and basic marketing materials

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), and adjust strategies accordingly

  • Manage company social media accounts and grow online engagement and brand awareness

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Generate and qualify sales leads from digital campaigns and online platforms

  • Follow up on inbound leads and support the sales conversion process

  • Maintain customer relationship records and sales pipelines

  • Work closely with management to align marketing strategies with sales targets

Branding & Market Development

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels

  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities

  • Support product positioning and go-to-market strategies

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

  • Experience in digital marketing and sales (B2B experience is an advantage)

  • Familiar with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and CRM systems

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Quality and quantity of digital leads generated

  • Sales conversion rate from digital channels

  • Online traffic, engagement, and campaign ROI

  • Revenue contribution from digital marketing activities

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer
