About You:
1-3+ years B2B SaaS experience in SDR roles, ideally with exposure to enterprise accounts.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding SDR targets (qualified meetings, pipeline $ value, revenue contribution).
Skilled in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage with senior decision-makers (HR, Finance, IT).
Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth scale-up environment.
Strong collaborator, eager to partner with marketing and sales to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
