As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a mission-critical role in acquiring new merchants, designing high-impact campaigns, and helping partners thrive in the fast-paced world of on-demand commerce. Base and variable commission/bonus will be provided.
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Drive merchant acquisition by proactively reaching out through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads using clear criteria such as merchant profile, operational readiness, and interest in reservation or SaaS solutions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for the outbound team, ensuring all briefing sheets are complete, accurate, and rich with relevant insights.
- Maintain a well-organised and up-to-date pipeline by managing lead records across CRM platforms like Streak and Salesforce.
- Partner closely with the Sales Team to ensure alignment on lead quality, share feedback, and track meeting outcomes.
- Monitor and report on daily and weekly outreach performance, including volume, meetings booked, and conversion metrics.
- Stay sharp by joining regular training sessions and keeping up with exciting product offerings, competitive landscape, and new market developments.
