We are partnering with a Singapore headquartered cutting-edge cybersecurity firm that specialises in helping organisations stay ahead of evolving cyber-threats by going beyond traditional vulnerability checks. Their approach includes automated, AI-powered threat simulations, ongoing exposure management, and comprehensive validation of detection and response capabilities. Due to business expansion, they are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to build & scale pipeline engine across APAC.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the APAC Sales Director, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for driving outbound prospecting efforts across the APAC region by identifying target accounts, engaging decision-makers through multi-channel outreach, qualifying leads against ideal customer profiles, and booking high-quality discovery meetings for the sales team. The role also involves managing pipeline data within the CRM, refining outreach strategies to improve conversion rates, and staying informed on cybersecurity trends to effectively position solutions and build credibility with prospects.

You will get to be part of an exciting growth story being the first SDR hire within the commercial team. This is also an opportunity to work alongside cybersecurity industry veterans in a close-knitted team, with good career progression to senior sales roles as the company scales.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is someone with 2 – 5 years of experience as Sales Development Representative / Business Development / Outbound Sales, ideally within the Cybersecurity space. Candidates coming from other B2B Technology or SaaS can be considered. You will need to have a proven track record in achieving outreach targets and securing qualified meetings. Having hands-on HubSpot or other CRM experiences for pipeline tracking will be an added advantage.
