digiDations is a Singapore-based AI-driven cybersecurity startup helping enterprises find and fix security gaps before attackers do. We specialise in Adversarial Exposure Validation (AEV) through HELIOS, APOLLO, and ATLAS, our shared AI platform. We're scaling fast across APAC.
The Role
We're hiring our first SDR to build and scale our outbound pipeline engine across APAC. You'll be the tip of the spear identifying the right prospects, engaging them through targeted outreach, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and identify target accounts across APAC using LinkedIn, databases, and intent data
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound outreach via LinkedIn, and other social media
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria, converting MQLs to sales-ready opportunities
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handoffs
- Build and maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM (hubspot)
- Test and iterate on messaging, sequences, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates
- Stay sharp on cybersecurity trends and digiDations product positioning to engage prospects credibly
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role - B2B tech preferred
- Proven track record of hitting outreach targets and booking qualified meetings
- Strong cold email and LinkedIn outreach skills - you write messages people actually respond to
- Hands-on HubSpot or CRM experience for pipeline tracking and reporting
- Understanding of B2B sales funnels, ICP targeting, and lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC)
