To support our students, we have built / purpose for the role to be the first point of contact for incoming leads and potential clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience across a variety of Crimson programs.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore. Open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents only.
What are the main responsibilities for this role
- Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management
- Making outbound calls and responding to inbound enquiries to qualify prospective families for our consulting programs
- Ask the right questions to assess fit, readiness and intent
- Accurately manage and update all lead data within Salesforce CRM
- Track and move leads through the pipeline with precision and discipline
- Meeting & Conversion Support
- Schedule qualified consultations for Academic Advisors and the Country Manager
- Ensure leads are properly prepared ahead of consultations
- Track outcomes and maintain clean handovers between teams
- Event & Outreach Engagement
- Follow up promptly and strategically with event-generated leads
- Support and participate in school talks, seminars and Crimson-hosted events when required
- Represent Crimson professionally at industry events
- Relationship Building
- Establish strong, professional relationships with prospective familiies
- Maintain consistent, empathetic communication, particularly with Mandarin-speaking parents
- Deliver a premium, consultative first impression aligned with Crimson's brand
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain accurate reporting for management
- Proactively improve outreach scripts, qualification techniques and processes
- Stay informed about US & UK admissions trends and the broader education landscape
What skills and experience are required
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Confident handling phone conversations with parents and senior stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple systems and digital tools simultaneously
- Resilient under pressure with strong time management
Experience That Would Be Useful In This Role
- Experience in customer service, customer success, or sales
- Experience in education, professional services, financial services, consulting, hospitality, or marketing environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exposure to US or UK university admissions
