As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
Looking for a Sales & Business Development Professional with experience and understanding of IT, Cloud & Security.
• Using contact acquisition tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to identify new prospects.
• Utilizing CRM systems to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain accurate sales data.
• Analyzing and preparing organizational reports for strategic accounts to support targeted marketing and outreach efforts.
• Developing lead qualification and engaging prospects through calls, emails, and chat systems.
• Completing enablement courses to build expertise in Akamai's product offerings and prepare for your next career step in Sales.

To be successful in this role, you will:
• Be a self-starter with a high energy level and an interest in transitioning or growing within sales.
• Have 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or as a Sales Analyst.
• Possess prior experience or understanding of IT Security and Cloud Computing.
• Have strong analytical and communication skills to identify business needs and pre-qualify opportunities.
• Be comfortable conducting online research and leveraging digital tools and software for prospecting.
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and have a desire to grow within the organization.
• Be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
