As LeapIn expand internationally, we are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound pipeline generation and support early-stage enterprise sales conversations.
Role Overview
This role is focused on outbound prospecting and meeting qualification. You will be responsible for engaging target enterprise accounts, initiating conversations with senior HR and business leaders, and converting interest into qualified meetings.
You will work closely with the Founder and Sales team, supporting the sales process from first contact through meeting handoff.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting
Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach to enterprise prospects
Research and target key stakeholders (CHRO, HR Director, Talent, L&D, Sales Enablement leaders)
Deliver clear and concise value messaging for LeapIn's AI HR solutions
Handle objections and qualify interest at an early stage
2. Meeting Qualification & Scheduling
Qualify prospects based on role, pain points, urgency, and fit
Schedule discovery and demo meetings for senior sales or the founder
Ensure meetings are well-prepared with context and notes
Maintain high meeting show-up rates
3. Sales Support
Join selected discovery or demo calls to learn and support handover
Capture key insights from prospect conversations
Assist with basic follow-ups and coordination after meetings
4. CRM & Reporting
Accurately log outreach activities and outcomes in CRM
Track outreach metrics, meetings booked, and conversion rates
Continuously improve outbound messaging based on results
