Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of professional interior design experience in Singapore or similar market

- Proven track record in both design execution and sales/business development

- Portfolio demonstrating diverse project types and design styles

- Understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishes

- Ability to create detailed technical drawings and specifications

- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
